This session will discuss the revisions being made to the ASTM E 1527-05 Phase I standard, how the ASTM E 2600-10 vapor migration standard guide is being used in Phase I investigations, and the impact the new ASTM E 2797-11 Building Energy Performance Assessment Standard will have on property due diligence. The information provided will be useful to both those environmental professionals performing Phase Is and those who retain the services of Phase I professionals.
